Background:
Sustainable clothing is not cheap, and it is very hard to find many reviews on these products. There are so many new companies and options, but it is not affordable to buy them all and you have to pay a fine when trying to return them. So a good review is essential to making this decision.
Two jean brands that I have purchased are Boyish and Nudie Jeans.

I have bought three different pairs. Two from boyish and one from nudie jeans.

Boyish – The Billy Stretch | The Fire Within (size 26)
Age of Jeans: 4 years
Stretch: These have a lot of stretch after one days wear now. As you can see in the butt, there is a lot of loose fabric now.
Frequency of Wear: I wear these the most, a few times a week easy.
Fit: I love the fit of these jeans on. They are very comfortable and soft. I do not feel constricted whenever I wear them. I did have to size down for these jeans, which was unfortunate because they charge you a fee to return or exchange.
Long Term Quality: There is definitely some wear and tear on this pair of jeans. Between the thighs there is some distress now. And the butt pocket has some thread coming undone.
Recommendation: I would still recommend them. I think that given how frequently I have worn these jeans and for how long I have had them they have held up well.
Boyish – The Billy | Space Odyssey (size 28)
Age of Jeans: 4 years
Stretch: These have little stretch after one day’s wear now. But after a few days they become looser.
Frequency of Wear: I wear these frequently, maybe once a week.
Fit: These are a thicker material. They don’t give as much. I had to size up because the thighs are tighter on me.
Long Term Quality: There is definitely have the least wear and tear. These are the best quality.
Recommendation: I would recommend these. I think that given how frequently I have worn these jeans and for how long I have had them they have held up well.
Nudie Jeans
Nudie Jeans – Hightop Tilde Everblack (size 28)
Age of Jeans: 1 years
Stretch: These have a lot stretch without becoming loose.
Frequency of Wear: I wear these less frequently, maybe once every two weeks.
Fit: These are a thicker material especially in the thighs which is why I had to size up. The waist is looser but not terribly. They do free repairs and alliterations, so I did have them sized to my short legs. These are my highest waisted jeans…which I love!
Long Term Quality: There hasn’t been much wear and tear on this yet. I have only had them one year. But that being said they haven’t changed at all yet. Which is great quality. The color has not faded in the least.
Recommendation: As of now I would recommend them. I have had a friend also purchase a pair and they love the fit and the style of their pair. The fact that you can get them hemmed for free to fit your leg as desired really improves the experience of these jeans.
